Ayurveda is our way of life, handed down from generation to generation, and we offer this authentic Ayurveda to you. Our patients consider Sreenilayam a healing haven: a place where they come not just for rejuvenation of the body, but also of mind and spirit.
We put great love and care into every detail at Sreenilayam. We have seven rooms and four on-site doctors so that we can offer the highest quality treatment to our patients. We make many of our own Ayurvedic medicines and oils, our meals are made with all local organic ingredients, our purified drinking water comes from our own well itself, we are powered by solar energy, and we built the center according to Vastu (Vedic sacred geometry) for proper flow of energy. It’s a peaceful oasis where you can reconnect with the nature around you and your own nature within.

Our Ayurvedic homestay features seven serene rooms, a peaceful library, an organic garden, a dedicated yoga studio, three treatment rooms, a private kitchen, a welcoming dining area, free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a walkway that circles the entire property for tranquil strolls amidst nature.
Ayurveda at Sreenilayam embodies the true essence of authentic Ayurveda. Built in traditional Nalukettu style and aligned with Vastu, it harmonizes Kerala’s heritage with modern comfort. Spacious rooms feature private bathrooms, Western toilets, and cozy beds, maintained with daily cleaning.
