GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1 – REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

1.1 Registration

Registration becomes final only upon receipt of the deposit.

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you do not benefit from any withdrawal period for the purchase of travel services.

Registration for any of our trips implies full acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale.

1.2 Payment Terms for Any Trip Registration

The validity period of your quotation is 14 days from the date of issue.

All prices indicated are based on the best available rate at the time and are subject to modification at the time of booking.

Prices may be adjusted based on currency fluctuations and increases in government taxes.

Any fees arising from changes made by the client may result in a price adjustment.

Bank transfer charges are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

AYUR DESTINATION reserves the right to cancel the contract in case of non-compliance with the payment schedule.

2 – TRAVEL INFORMATION

2.1 Administrative and Health Formalities

Travelers must ensure they possess valid travel documents required for entry and transit.

AYUR DESTINATION provides information for French nationals only.

Travelers of other nationalities must consult relevant embassies.

No refund will be granted if boarding is refused due to invalid documents.

2.2 Security and Health Risks

Travelers are advised to consult official French government travel and health recommendations:

3 – AIR TRANSPORT

3.1 Airline Company

The choice of airline belongs to the client. Any booking error is the client’s responsibility.

3.2 Transportation Arranged by the Traveler

Refundable or flexible tickets are recommended.

AYUR DESTINATION is not responsible for disruptions related to self-arranged transport.

4 – MODIFICATIONS REQUESTED BY THE TRAVELER

Any modification may incur fees up to 100% of the trip price.

Custom itinerary changes are billed accordingly.

Each modification request incurs a €50 fee.

5 – TRANSFER OF THE TRAVEL CONTRACT

The contract may be transferred up to 7 days before departure with written notice.

Both parties remain jointly liable for payment.

6 – CANCELLATION TERMS AND FEES

6.1 Cancellation by the Traveler

Cancellations must be notified in writing.

6.2 Standard Cancellation Fees

Travel insurance is not provided by AYUR DESTINATION.

Travelers must arrange their own insurance.

8 – PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Prices may vary due to fuel, tax, or exchange rate changes.

9 – SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Accommodation

Double rooms are standard. Single rooms are available at extra cost.

Group Size

Minimum: 2 travelers
Maximum: 14 travelers

10 – LIABILITY

AYUR DESTINATION is not responsible for force majeure events or traveler negligence.

11 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed for travel management purposes.
